Saudi Startup Expo 2025 will take place on 12–13 November 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Riyadh – King Salman Neighbourhood, and stands as Saudi Arabia’s largest B2B conference and exhibition dedicated to connecting the nation’s most innovative startups with investors, accelerators, solution providers, and ecosystem leaders. Serving as a key pillar of Saudi Vision 2030, the event accelerates entrepreneurship and innovation, helping local startups scale, attract funding, and expand globally.
The expo gathers over 1,000 attendees, 200 startups, 100 investors, and 50 speakers for two days of business matchmaking, exhibitions, live pitches, startup awards, and high-level networking. Its agenda is built around four key tracks — Startup Development & Grassroots, Performance, Technology & Data Science, Sales, Marketing & Engagement, and Finance & Funding — covering everything from growth strategy and fundraising to marketing and business scaling.
A major highlight of the 2025 edition is the increasing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation in shaping the startup ecosystem. The Performance, Technology & Data Science track will explore the use of AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and power product innovation.
