In a groundbreaking development, the AI assistant known as "Great Leveler," created by Advengene founder Sergey Voropaev, has successfully passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE). This achievement marks a significant milestone in the integration of artificial intelligence into the medical field and underscores the capabilities of advanced AI technology.
Great Leveler, launched in October 2023 as part of the online platform Advengene, offers highly personalized AI assistants. Sergey Voropaev, the visionary behind this project, shared the news with RB.RU, highlighting the importance of this accomplishment.
The project is an extension of the startup studio Asilisk Business Builder, showcasing Voropaev's commitment to innovation in the tech industry. Currently, Great Leveler provides three virtual assistants for diverse tasks. Among them, David Wilson serves as a bot with competencies matching those of a Co-General Director, offering business ideas and product management insights. Additionally, the platform features an attorney, Nathan Reynolds, and a doctor, Jordan Hayes.
The medical assistant, represented by Dr. Jordan Hayes, recently underwent and successfully passed the rigorous USMLE, evaluating not only medical knowledge but also critical thinking and decision-making abilities in complex situations.
Before the exam, the AI assistant underwent testing under the veil of anonymity by over a hundred medical professionals affiliated with the "Medsi" network. The test comprised multiple modules with different sections, and the AI demonstrated an accuracy ranging from 78% to 93% in various segments.
Sergey Voropaev explained, "Unlike other AIs, we draw inspiration from the trial-and-error method of the human brain, employing multiple LLM models simultaneously and testing the improvement of AI efficiency through the innovative Tree of Thoughts (ToT) technology."
One notable aspect of this AI assistant is its specialization, encompassing various medical fields such as dentistry, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and more.
