DePIN Expo

DePIN Expo 2025 is the world’s first flagship event dedicated to Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), with the theme “Life, Reimagined with DePIN.” The event will be held in Hong Kong at Cyberport on August 27–28, 2025

Supported by the Hong Kong SAR Government and developed in collaboration with institutions like Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and Barron’s China, this expo brings together pioneering innovators, industry leaders, and tech enthusiasts from across the globe

Integration of AI at the Expo

AI plays a central role in the expo’s programming and vision:

• The expo’s "Industry Integration" highlights include AI integration alongside DePIN, machine economy, hardware manufacturing, and real-world interactive showcases

• A dedicated theme, “DePIN × AI,” is part of the official agenda, exploring how DePIN and AI interplay — from autonomous devices to on-chain model deployment and novel machine economy applications
• As described by PR Newswire, DePIN is evolving beyond device connectivity to include AI agents, AI chip networks, and incentive protocols that support reasoning and autonomy — forming a new paradigm known as MetaDePIN

The expo will explore AI in the context of decentralized, real-world networks through:

• Thematic Forum “DePIN × AI” (morning of August 28): covering device autonomy, AI-powered computation, on-chain model deployment, and the broader machine economy

• Showcases of AI-embedded hardware, such as edge devices and robotic agents functioning as network nodes within DePIN ecosystems
