Many organisations are still uncertain about how to harness artificial intelligence, even if it represents the future of business and society. Generative AI in particular can help reconfigure business operations while driving productivity and growth, allowing companies to reinvent their capabilities.

Yet many lack the organisational readiness to use the technology effectively. A lack of AI literacy within organisations can make it difficult to obtain good data sources for machine learning, and to generate plausible results from AI models. Together, these kinds of issues mean that many British employees will need to bolster their skills by 2030 if businesses are to keep pace with new technologies.

How can companies harness the potential of AI that gets the most from workers and technology? How can executives lead in value creation by developing an AI-enabled workforce that continuously improves its skills and reinvents its ways of working?
